Very easy to deal with. Very prompt. Had them do a regular roof maintenance job. Cleaning out roof valleys, blowing debris off the roof, hammering in nails that work out check and repair or caulk all mortar joints. Complete roof inspection at a reasonable rate. Found Roof Geeks through our HOA. Sarah knows Sally the owner. Called RG and talked with Brittany. Very nice on the phone and knowledgeable of the company. Set up an inspection with Rick all great people to do business with. Rick inspected our roof and provided a very fair estimate along with pictures. The affordable estimate allowed for a complete roof replacement. As the work started and progress I was impressed with the workmanship and how the crew cleaned the job site at the end of each workday. Two and a half days and the new roof was installed. Work areas were left cleaner than what they had been. Completed estimate was right on budget and the roof looked impressive from photos sent by Rick. I discovered a leak in my ceiling in the garage and started researching roof repair companies since my roof wasn’t covered under warranty anymore.  Roof Geeks came highly recommended from a neighbor in my development so I reached out.  I am an avid supporter of family owned local businesses and they did not disappoint! Awesome experience.  I had used other companies with sorry results.  These guys were on time, efficient and resolved the issue others could not. BEST Customer Service!! I thought my roof as leaking after the last rain storm. They came out to look at it, wasn't the roof. Rick got in my attic and found a plumbing leak. We got the house water turned off. I felt so bad and offered to pay for the service call. He would not take it.
