Your roof is a huge investment and protects your home. Just like your car, a roof needs regular maintenance. Water is the enemy and the simplest thing like a slid, cracked tile or bad seal on a roof penetration can literally cost you thousands of dollars in repairs.

Its hard to give a cost without laying eyes on your roof.  Your roof may need minimal maintenance (like on a newer home), or it may need more extensive maintenance.  Be assured you will receive an accurate assessment and price for the initial roof tune up.  If your roof is in need of more extensive repairs, we will let you know.  We also offer roof consulting services. 

Our roof consulting services will have you paired up directly with Rick.  With years of roof estimating in his background, he will educate you on what your roof really needs (Not just a salesman trying to sell you a full roof). Rick will help you navigate and deal directly with other roofing companies. We will provide you all of your roof measurements and use it as a baseline for all bids.  We offer everything from a more advisory role to handling entire the bidding process for you. We will then act as your personal roofing inspector and conduct site visits during your  project to ensure code adherence and proper installation practices. Did you know that 95% of all roof failures are due to poor workmanship?  As your personal roofer, we will look out for your best interests.

Yes you do.  Think of your other big investments, like your car.  You would never go an entire year and not change the oil.  Your roof is no different. As they say, the devil is in the details and with a roof that is especially true.  The devil (or water as we call it) only needs the smallest of cracks to reap havoc on your roof.  Remember, before it leaks, call Roof Geeks! 

We will first come out and give you a full roof inspection.  From there, we will discuss the areas in need of maintenance.  We provide you pictures and video of all areas in need and give you a price for your initial roof tune up.  Once the initial tune up is completed, we will discuss ongoing regular preventative maintenance for your roof.  We also provide you a roof maintenance folder where you can keep all of your roof maintenance records and inspection reports. 

We take payment upfront upon arrival.  If other payment agreements are needed, please talk to us.

We have a warranty on our workmanship

In general though, maintenance does not carry a warranty.  For instance, we do not warranty gutter or debris  cleaning because gutters will fill back up with debris.  We will though warranty a tile replacement for a limited time.  We can't warranty against mother nature, (namely strong monsoon winds), that can literally blow tiles off from their nails.
